I know I have been there. I have been the person who needs to be stressed the most out of so many people. I am a writer and a very busy mom to three kids.
We know that stress can cause a lot of issues in the body, so it is important that we try to minimize it. However, it can be hard to do that when we are so busy. I tried to convince him I’m eating healthy and exercising and that it’s just stress eating me that can be triggering my cravings.
