substance use/abuse becomes a form of self-soothing when you feel stress or anxious.

It is very hard to feel stress or anxiety. We use our brains to keep everything stable so we can function. The more we can remove the stress, the better it will be for us.

It’s a bit of a struggle to keep it off balance, but it is a very satisfying form of self-soothing.

I am someone who has used prescription drugs such as Xanax, Klonopin, Valium and other such like, sometimes for severe anxiety. I am not ashamed to say that I abused them. The problem has been that I didn’t know how to deal with it. I had no idea it was a problem or how to solve it.

In general, we’re talking about people who abuse drugs and alcohol. We’re not talking about people who abuse prescription drugs because they are prescribed by a doctor. The problem is that the prescription drugs are not the problem. The problem is the psychological condition that stems from a drug abuse. Many of our loved ones have died due to drug abuse. That is a huge problem.

This is the same problem that causes us to feel depressed. That is why so many of us would rather die than suffer the pain of drug abuse. The problem is that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain and so drugs have a much bigger impact than they would if someone stopped abusing drugs. We all know that drug abuse causes a lot of unhappiness. The problem is that the symptoms are the same as the problem.

We know that drugs cause symptoms that some people are able to hide from others. So if a person is depressed, he may be able to keep it to himself because there are no symptoms other than a desire to be by himself. But the person who is not able to hide from the effects of drugs is very much in trouble. Because it is the same thing as depression.

There is a large body of research that shows drug abuse leads to the same mental issues that depression does. It’s a fact that people who abuse drugs have a higher risk of suicide. It’s also a fact that drug abuse causes a lot of unhappiness and that people who are depressed often have a tendency to abuse drugs. These are two very different things. Drugs are what a person takes to get high. Depression is a very different thing.

Drug abuse is a fact. Depression is not. But just like when you’re feeling depressed you may use drugs to get through the day and feel better, there is a lot of “side” effects to drug use. One of the side effects of drugs is that they can make people feel like they’re doing something wrong. And these can be very debilitating.

I personally use drugs to help me relax and I do not feel like I am doing wrong. But this isnt an excuse. I am not saying that drug use is a panacea. I am just saying that I think its a good idea to be aware of the side effects that drug use can cause.

I use drugs to help me sleep, and for a long time I have used them to relax me. However, I have also used them to help me deal with stress and anxiety. As I get older, I find that I can not just use a drug to help me relax and calm me down, I have to learn how to deal with the anxiety that a drug can bring.
